They measure 13 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 3/4" including the handle, and come already sealed with cutting board oil(you can request to leave it untreated). Wood grain patterns and engraving darkness may vary slightly between different batches of wood. Handwash only, apply cutting board oil regularly to maintain quality. If using this for a cutting board, I recommend using the back in order to preserve the decorative side.
