Do you have a physical store I can visit?

While I would love to meet your lovely faces, I currently do not have a brick and mortar store for you to shop at. I will be trying to do more event booth sales. Please sign up for our mailing list if you'd like to receive information on when and where those will be.
Can I send in my own item to be engraved?

Due to the possibility of damage to or loss of your items, I do not engrave on items provided by my customers. However if there is a product you would like me to carry, please reach out via email or our contact form and let me know!
Do you accept custom requests?

No. While I'm happy to cater my current products with personalization when applicable, I am not currently taking custom orders.
Can I cancel my order?

I try to get items produced and shipped as quickly as possible, so please understand that cancelation may not always be possible. If your order is not personalized I would be happy to cancel your order as long has it hasn't shipped yet. If your order is personalized, please still feel free to reach out and inquire about canceling. If your item hasn't been produced yet I would be happy to cancel and refund that for you.
Do you accept returns?

I'm happy to accept returns of non-personalized items in new/unused condition if you contact me within 14 days of when you have received your order. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact me prior to shipping your item back. A refund will be issued upon receipt of your return.
What is your production time?

Production time varies depending on the item. Please check the item listing for a more specific production time. Note that production times refer to how many business days an item takes before its finished. It does not including shipping time. Production times may be extended during busy holiday time periods.
What is your shipping time?

Shipping times vary based on the service chosen. Most domestic items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage which typically takes 2-5 days once shipped. These times are not guaranteed and can be extended during busy holiday periods. Shipping upgrades are available at check out. Please note this does not include the production time to make your item.
